the Private Client London project

This private client in London approached us to assist in a large staff furniture re-stack and to supply alternative ways of working, to allow them to consolidate the London estate.  The client requested new benching, sit stand desks, personal storage, meeting booths, touchdown points, collaboration areas and breakout space furniture settings.  We offered our consultancy service in space procurement, project management and a delivery and installation service to help our client to achieve the occupancy increase by adding alternative ways of working to maximise the space available.

Due to the building being fully operational, we split the various departments into phases.  Each phase started on a Friday morning to decommission the IT and old furniture. Our delivery and installation teams worked late into the night and all day Saturday to handover to the IT team to re-install all the IT equipment on the Sunday morning.  Our team pulled out all the stops on every phase, to ensure a smooth transition. 

We delivered every phase on time, with no snagging.  The client was extremely happy with our service, attention to detail and can do attitude.  We look forward to working with them again in the future.
