We originally helped this client to move 600 staff into a new 40,200 sq/ft building.  We supplied benching, sit stand desks, personal storage, phone booths, meeting booths, touchdown points, collaboration areas, breakout space, meeting rooms, training rooms and call centre furniture settings.

Futurefile were asked to help re-stack this building to gain additional personal storage, collaboration space, desk space across the 2 floors.  We offered our consultancy service in space planning, procurement, project management and a delivery and installation service to help our client to achieve a 14% occupancy increase.

Unfortunately, we had to delay the installation when the UK went into the first national lockdown due to Covid-19.  We stored all the benches, sit stand desks, floor standing screens, part glazed acoustic floor standing screens, task chairs, personal lockers and octagonal collaboration desking in our warehouse until the lockdown was lifted.  Once the restrictions were lifted, the project ran very smoothly and our client was extremely happy with our service and attention to detail.
