the Private Client Birmingham project
This private client based in Birmingham approached us to assist in the support of a 740 staff furniture re-stack. They requested new benching, sit stand desks, personal storage, phone booths, meeting booths, touchdown points, collaboration areas, breakout space and training room furniture settings. We offered our consultancy service in space planning, procurement, project management and a delivery and installation service. We assisted client in achieving the occupancy increase in desk space by adding alternative ways of working to maximise the space available.
Due to the building being fully operational, we split the various departments into installation phases. Each phase started on a Friday morning to decommission the IT and old furniture. Our delivery and installation teams worked late into the night and all day Saturday to be able to handover to the IT team to re-install all the IT equipment on the Sunday morning. Our team pulled out all the stops on every phase to ensure a smooth transition.
We delivered every phase on time, with no snagging. This client was extremely happy with our service, attention to detail and can do attitude to get the job done to a high standard.
