R3 are a thriving, inclusive organisation at the heart of the UK’s insolvency and restructuring profession. They are the association which embraces the entire community of professionals within the UK restructuring and insolvency world, whatever the size of their practice, their experience or their specialism. R3 play a leading role in ensuring the UK remains a global centre for resolving financial distress, promoting economic regeneration and maintaining integrity in their framework.

We worked closely with R3’s CEO, Liz Bingham OBE and her team. Futurefile were tasked with providing a consultancy, space planning, procurement, project management and a delivery and installation service to help R3 move to their new office space in Clerkenwell, London.

Our team set to work to provide a consultancy service, 2D space plan drawings, 3D renders, which were followed up with a detailed specification presentation and quotations.  The quotation included: single and back to back fixed height benches, storage cupboards, mesh back task chairs, study bays, meeting booths, meeting room settings, boardroom, library, personal lockers and desk accessories.

With a limited budget and time before R3’s lease finished at their existing building, we pulled together UK manufacturers to ensure we met the clients deadline.  The project ran very smoothly and both Liz and her team were extremely happy with our service, attention to detail and products offered.  It was a pleasure working with Liz and her team on this project.
